The Beloved Community (TBC) is a grassroots nonprofit organization founded in Binghamton, NY. From its inception, TBC has been dedicated to helping communities thrive both locally and globally!
Our mission is inspired by Martin Luther King Jr’s Beloved Community; to create a world that is more socially and economically just. We believe that everyone has the power to make a difference. We strive to uplift the underdeveloped sectors of the world and empower humanity to build a better world for all.
TBC provides volunteers with opportunities to educate and sustainably improve their communities through community engagement, identifying needs, and proposing sustainable solutions that help improve people’s lives. Through education, training, and community-building, we aim to create a world where everyone has the tools and resources to build a better future for themselves and their families.
